Flying Baby

There's this little game that Jonathan likes to play with Helayna. It totally cracks me up. He flies her around our place making airplane noises. Her eyes get really big and she just stares at everything as she flies by. It is so cute!

I just love that she is becoming more interested in her surroundings and now wants to do things instead of just being held all the time. The smiles and coos are my absolute favorite right now. She is such a wonderful little girl!

I love those photos. Can Helayna possibly get any cuter. Love the expression on her face and her hair is just too sweet. I can sense how much you are enjoying motherhood.

We used to do this with our kids and I made up a song I'd sing to them while we did it:
"He's flying through the air, He's Austin,
He hasn't got a care, He's Austin,
He's barely got no hair, He's Austin,
He's flying through the air, He's Austin."

Austin was a little baldy. For Jonah and Sage I changed the third line to "He's/She's drooling everywhere."

Great pictures-- I never took a picture of us doing that! :(

It cracks me up to, and I even got to be a target during the air raid. I can just imagine the two of them playing as she grows up. She'll be into machines and tractors just like her dad. She is so adorable. We miss you already.

Daddies and their daughters. There is just something about a game of airplane between Daddies and Daughters that just makes a Mom's heart swell. I've tried on many occassions to fill his shoes, but I am just not as talented as he is, maybe it is the height thing, it doesn't feel like your flying when your not so high in the air.

Awesome photos Heather, I can see a scrap page coming!!!! (now why didn't I think of that)

It's so exciting when they are starting to react back. So sweet and growing so fast.
